'I need a healthier life style’ List

1. Sleep no later than 11pm.
2. Wake up no later than 7am.
3. Eat at least 2 kinds of fruits every day.
4. No chilli.
5. Drink at least 1.5L of water per day.
6. No more procrastination.
7. Be serious in everything you do.
8. Be happy.
9. Catch up with friends.
10. Study more.
11. Exercise whenever you’re free.
I want to watch a comedy. A comedy that can help me laugh again.
